Buying From Us

Yes, every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. We understand the importance of trust in the luxury resale market. That's why we utilize Entrupy, a leading AI-powered authentication service, in addition to our in-house experts to verify the authenticity of our items.
For Hermes items we can also help to send in for authentication through Bababebi who specialise in authentication of Hermes handbags. They provide an independent, expert opinion on the authenticity of an item. By sending your Hermes item to them, you can get a reliable verification of its originality.

Entrupy is a technology-based authentication service that uses a microscopic lens and artificial intelligence to verify the authenticity of luxury bag. We provide an Entrupy certificate of authenticity at an additional fee (Hermes $250 SGD, other brands $65 SGD) with every eligible purchase for your peace of mind. Do note Entrupy certification can be provided for luxury bags only.

Our items are pre-loved and carefully curated to fall under conditions ranging between "Brand new" to "Gently Used". We do not take in items that have significant wear (condition 6/10 or below), so you can shop with confidence, knowing you are getting excellent condition items at good value. We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos of each item, including any signs of wear. Please review the product information and photos carefully before making a purchase.

Please kindly note that our condition rating scale below are based on a thorough, internal assessment and represent our professional opinion:

  • 10/10 - Brand New: Newly purchased from boutique or kept unused.
  • 9/10 - Pristine: Item is in like-new condition with hardly noticeable signs of wear.
  • 8/10 - Excellent: Item has little visible signs of wear. Please refer to close up photos for actual condition.
  • 7/10 - Gently Used: Item has some visible signs of wear. Please refer to description and close up photos for actual condition.

Many of our items come with their original dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards. This information will be clearly stated in the product description.

We strive to provide clear and accurate photos of every item. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. If you have any concerns, please contact us for more information, photos or videos.

Yes, we do! You can find us at Far East Plaza along Orchard Road, unit #01-62. Please book an appointment with us before dropping by. All items purchased online can be self collected in our store, delivery option is also available for free for local customers!

Selling & Consigning With Us

We offer three convenient ways for you to sell your pre-loved luxury goods:

  • Consignment: We sell your items on your behalf.  Once item is sold, you will receive the take back price as quoted. This method ensures the highest return of your item! 
  • Trade-in: You can trade your item for store credit to use towards a new purchase from our collection. You get to refresh your collection without forking out extra cash for a new piece!
  • Sell: We can make you a direct offer to purchase your item outright. You will receive cash through bank transfer on the spot!

We accept a wide range of authentic pre-loved luxury items, including handbags, wallets, jewelry, watches, and other accessories from top designer brands. All items must be in good to pristine condition.

    Contact us through Whatsapp with the following details:

    • What does it come with (e.g. receipt, certificate, dust bag, box) 
  2. Get a Quote
    Our team will review your submission and provide you with a preliminary quote. Do note final price may vary on examination of physical item(s) due to difference in condition described/photographed.
     
  3. Send Us Your Item
    If you accept the quote, you can ship your item to us or drop it off at our store. 
  4. Authentication & Final Pricing
    Your item will be authenticated and professionally photographed. We will then confirm the final take-back price with you. Upon your agreement, we will list your item on our multiple platforms to facilitate sales.
  5. Get Paid
    Once your item sells, you will receive your payment through bank 

We consider several factors, including the item's brand, style, condition, age, and current market demand. Our goal is to price your item competitively to ensure a timely sale while maximizing your return.

The standard consignment period is for a minimum of 30 days. If your item doesn't sell within this period, we will discuss the options with you, which may include extending the consignment, adjusting the price, or returning the item to you.

Similar to consignment, you will start by submitting your item's details. We will then provide you with a direct purchase offer or a trade-in credit value. If you accept, you will receive your payment or store credit once we have received, authenticated, and confirmed the condition of your item (price may vary upon checking physical item).

We have a strict policy regarding the authenticity of our products. Please do not send us replica items. Should an item sent in for consignment, trade or direct sale is found to be not authentic during our authentication process, an authentication fee ranging from S$100 to S$400 (depending on the item's value) will be charged before the item is returned to you.

Sourcing Your Dream Items With Us

To begin, you will need to provide us with the specific details of the item you are looking for. This includes the desired price, preferred condition (e.g., new, pre-owned), and any included accessories. We will review this information to determine if we can source an item that meets your criteria.

Yes, a non-refundable sourcing fee of $50 is required to initiate the search. This fee confirms the seriousness of your request and covers the initial time and effort our team invests in finding your item.

If you proceed with the purchase of the sourced item, the $50 sourcing fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.

Our sourcing process typically takes about one week. Once we locate an item that matches your requirements, we will contact you with its details and photos.

Once you have reviewed the details and photos and wish to purchase the item, a 20% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin the shipping process.

For self collection option, remaining balance for your item is due upon collection at our shop.
For local delivery option, remaining balance has to be made before we ship it out locally.

We source items from both local and overseas. If we managed to find it locally, there would be no shipping time. If we source the item from overseas, please allow approximately one week for shipping.

Authentication

Yes, we offer a standalone Entrupy authentication service. You can bring your item to us, and we will use our Entrupy device to verify its authenticity and provide you with a certificate. Fees will be $250 for Hermes and $65 for all other brands accepted by Entrupy. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

The authentication process is quick and typically takes about 15-30 minutes per item. Turn around time for the result usually will be within 60 minutes.

If your item is verified as authentic, you will receive a soft copy of the official Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity, which you will be able to verify through Entrupy’s website as well.

Payment & Shipping

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

  • Bank Transfer, Paynow or Cash 
  • Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at additional 3% charges
  • GrabPay, Shopee Pay at additional 3% charges
  • UOB, DBS, OCBC Card installment at additional 5% charges. We have 6 or 12 months installment plans.
  • Grab Paylater, Shopee Paylater at additional 6% charges.
  • Other major currency can be paid with international transfers through Wise.
  • Wechat or Alipay (in CNY based on exchange rate)

We have the following two installments plans:

  • Bank Installment: We offer bank (UOB, DBS, OCBC) credit card installment plans at a 5% surcharge.
  • In-House Installment: We also provide an in-house installment plan for 3 months at 0% interest. Items can only be collected/delivered upon full payment.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Local Singapore shipments are free of charge. International Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Taxes and duties will also be bearable by buyer. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties for international shipments.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment. Local delivery will be through our dedicated driver that will stay in contact for the delivery. For international shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us. We are happy to provide additional information to ensure you are confident in your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be not authentic, we will issue a full refund.
